A leading aluminium manufacturer in the UAE, Dubai Aluminium Company Ltd (Dubal) is the third-largest aluminium smelter operator in the world. Pacific Controls implemented the Access Security Management Solution that integrates intrusion and access control with smart card operations. The application areas addressed include card reading through photo ID and badging, alarm monitoring etc., which are functional from a single user interface.
Project: Kuwait Towers - Integrated Security Management

Kuwait Towers is one of the most prominent architectural landmarks in the city, developed by Touristic Enterprises Company (TEC).
These three unique towers have the dual functions of serving as entertainment facilities (with revolving observation deck, cafeteria and restaurants) and water reservoirs.
Pacific Controls, in partnership with Security Systems Co. Kuwait, installed an integrated digital CCTV system, comprising both fixed and PTZ cameras covering the entire site.
Our installation is the latest in digital recording system that ensures all these cameras record the happenings in and around these towers, round the clock.
Project: BMW Showroom, Kuwait - Integrated Security Management & Lighting Controls

Pacific Controls, in partnership with Security Systems Co. Kuwait, supplied and installed an integrated digital CCTV system, and lighting and dimming controls for Ali Alghanim & Sons Automotive Co.’s showroom in Kuwait selling up market cars such as BMW, Rolls Royce and Rover.
This impressive glass building is armed with CCTV cameras placed at strategic locations that enable monitoring and recording of public areas for the purposes of safety and security. The integrated lighting and dimming control systems for the executive floor areas allow for adjustments of light intensity, thereby creating the perfect scene for the showroom with a touch of class.
Project: Aisha Complex- Integrated Security Mgmt. & e-Enabled Remote Monitoring

Built on a spacious land area with good amenities, Aisha Residential Complex is developed by M/s Marzouq Abdul Wahab Al Marzouq Real Estate Company in Kuwait. Pacific Controls, in partnership with Security Systems Co. Kuwait, supplied and installed integrated security solutions comprising digital CCTV, access control and intrusion alarm systems.
This residential complex is integrated with our e-Enabled Remote Monitoring System (RMS), which enables authorized personnel to remotely monitor the complex via a Web browser and control multiple functions including security, air-conditioning, electrical distribution and energy use, lighting, fire detection, elevators, pump and water tank levels. The complex is also monitored from our 24-hour Command Control Centre. In case of an event in the complex, an alarm is received instantly by our 24-hour Command Control Centre, which is routed to the concerned personnel via an SMS alert.
Project: Porsche Showroom - Integrated Security Mgmt & e-Enabled Remote Monitoring

Pacific Controls, in partnership with Security Systems Co. Kuwait, supplied and installed an integrated security system consisting of digital CCTV, access control, and intrusion alarm systems.
This security system is interfaced with the e-Enabled Remote Monitoring System, which allows for monitoring and control of the security system from our 24-hour Command Control Centre. In case of any intrusions, the Command Control Centre receives alarms instantly, which are routed to the concerned personnel via SMS alerts.
Project: Trust Residential Towers - Integrated Security Mgmt & e-Enabled Remote Monitoring

The Trust Residential Towers comprising four buildings is developed by M/s Marzouq Abdul Wahab Al Marzouq Real Estate company. Pacific Controls installed integrated security solutions comprising digital CCTV, access control and intrusion alarm systems in these four buildings.
Pacific Controls also implemented e-Enabled Remote Monitoring Systems in these facilities to carry out building services in areas of HVAC, chillers, fire alarm systems, emergency lighting systems, integrated digital CCTV and generators. Over 230 points in each of these buildings are monitored by our 24-hour monitoring station. In case of an event trigger, an alarm is received instantly by the monitoring station, which is routed to the concerned personnel.
