provides Managed IT Services. JADC staff monitor and manage
clients’ IT infrastructure including servers, network, hardware,
operating system and applications, all protected by managed
security. Customers can use a support desk that is staffed 24x7x365
with a single point of contact for service and support requests.
Windows OS and Red Hat Linux operating systems can be monitored
and managed, including installation and configuration, backups,
fixes, patches and updates as well as tuning and optimization.
JADC domain experts can also undertake the management of
applications and databases, with a range of managed services:
- Active Directory: design and implementation, migration, ongoing management, AD backups
- Exchange Server: design and implementation, migration, mobile email service (Blackberry, Windows active sync), Exchange clustering, Exchange backups and on-going management
- Sharepoint: design and implementation, migration from earlier versions, SharePoint clustering, SharePoint backups, on-going management
- SQL Database: design and implementation, migration, SQL server
