Managed Hosting Services

Companies without a local presence who wish to use the Hosting Services can avail themselves of Managed Hosting Services. In addition to the services described above, JADC staff will manage the installation and basic configuration of the equipment on behalf of the customer. Staff at the JADC will receive the delivery of equipment and racks and install them to the customer’s specification. This includes cabling and the basic network configuration required to provide the customer’s IT staff with remote access for further configuration and management.

Customers can also use the JADC remote hand service described above, in which the on-site support staff undertake tasks when needed for physical server access, such as loading and removing of tapes and CDs, or physical server reboots.
