Pacific Controls’ engineering teams at Global Command Control Centre (GCCC) monitor the turbines and overall power plant performance through data streams in virtual real-time. The stored historical database enables comparison with the real-time data, which makes this system a very reliable and dynamic troubleshooting tool. The customers are given access to the monitoring system which is possible from anywhere and from any device. This unique feature avoids significant logistics issues while allowing the engineering teams to provide timely assistance and support. It has also increased our customers’ mobility and provided them peace of mind while away from their power plant.
