  • PCS is committed to achieve total customer satisfaction by delivering quality energy services projects by trained employees.
  • PCS is committed to satisfying applicable requirements by ensuring that customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements are determined, understood and consistently met.
  • PCS shall strive to maintain high quality services through the Global Command Control Center. The employees shall be trained at regular intervals to understand the customer needs and deliver the quality services in time.
  • PCS management and staff will strive for continual improvement based on periodic reviews of our objectives and targets in accordance with the quality standards of ISO 9001:2015.
  • PCS management shall ensure the quality policy and quality objectives are established for the QMS and are compatible with the context and strategic direction of PCS. Quality objectives have been set and are maintained as part of the QMS internal auditing, monitoring and management review processes.
