The project involves the provision of Managed Energy Services to reduce energy consumption and carbon footprint through real time measurement of electricity consumption and optimization of the existing heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) system and the floor-by-floor lighting circuits. We put forward an energy management scheme that remotely monitors, trend and optimize the control of the chilled water and fresh air systems, the fan coil units and the electric lighting to save electricity and to reduce carbon footprint.
